Reliance Care from Reliance Health had a consistent download pattern, starting at approximately 3.3K weekly downloads and experiencing a decline towards the end of the quarter, finishing with around 2K downloads. Active users saw fluctuations, peaking at about 29.8K in mid-December.
SimpleLife by Heirs Insurance showed a downward trend in downloads, beginning at 1.7K and decreasing to 447 by the end of December. Weekly active user data wasn't available.
Mobile Sanlam displayed a gradual increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 964 in early November, before a decline to 593 in the final week of the year. Active user data was not provided.
MyAXA Plus maintained steady download numbers, ranging from 432 to 707 weekly downloads. The app experienced stable active user engagement, with numbers hovering around 9K throughout the quarter.
Finally, NEM Health Mobile showed a significant increase in downloads during early December, reaching 1.6K, before dropping to 466 by the end of the month. Active user metrics were not available.
