In the fourth quarter of 2024, the tabletop board games category saw significant activity on a unified platform in Mexico. Here's a detailed look at the top five applications, based on Sensor Tower data.
Parchisi STAR experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 45K by the end of December. Revenue trends were slightly more volatile, starting at around $22.7K and ending the quarter at $19.6K. Active users showed a steady presence, fluctuating between 400K and 500K throughout the quarter.
Backgammon - Lord of the Board saw its weekly revenue peak at $16.7K in December. Downloads remained modest, with fluctuations around the 500 mark, while active users hovered between 2K and 3K.
Chess - Play & Learn demonstrated a steady increase in revenue, reaching up to $9.2K by the end of the quarter. Downloads also rose, peaking at 19K in late December, and active users consistently exceeded 500K.
Yalla Parchis maintained stable weekly revenue around $2K. Downloads showed minor fluctuations, remaining below 1K, while active users slightly decreased from 10K to 8K.
Ludo Club・Fun Dice Board Game experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, culminating at 7.3K in the final week of December. Revenue, however, showed a downward trend, ending at around $517. Active users displayed growth, rising to 56K by the end of the period.
