In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top tower defense games on a unified platform in the United States showcased diverse performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. This analysis is based on data from Sensor Tower.
Plants vs. Zombies™ by Electronic Arts experienced a notable peak in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $7.3K in mid-November. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a high of around 90K at the end of October, while active users decreased from 534K to 416K by the end of December.
TDS - Tower Destiny Survive from SayGames LTD showed a significant revenue increase in late December, peaking at about $26.5K. Downloads were highest at the start of the quarter with 92K, dropping to 62K by the year's end. Active users followed a similar decline, falling from 203K to 139K.
Plants vs. Zombies™ 2 by PopCap saw consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $112.8K in late November. Downloads varied, with a peak of 49K in early October, and active users fluctuated throughout, ending the quarter with 577K active users.
Bloons TD 6 NETFLIX from Netflix, Inc. initially saw high revenue of $189.4K in early October, with a dip in November before rising again to $153.3K at the end of December. Weekly downloads remained steady around 36K initially, with a slight decrease over the quarter. Active users ended strongly at 619K.
Fight For America: Country War by HOMA GAMES experienced a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 51K in late December. Revenue showed a peak of $12.4K at the end of October, and active users saw a decline from 119K to 109K over the quarter.
