In the first quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance applications on the Android platform in Turkey demonstrated varying trends in downloads and active user engagement. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, highlights the performance of these leading apps.
Ziraat Mobile began the quarter with a strong download count, reaching about 168K, but saw a gradual decline to approximately 96K by the end of March. The app maintained a high level of weekly active users, peaking at nearly 8.9M in early January before ending the quarter at around 8.3M.
Garanti BBVA Mobile experienced consistent downloads, with a notable increase in early February reaching around 111K. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at about 7.1M, peaking at over 7.3M in March, and ending the quarter at approximately 6.9M.
Akbank Mobil showed a significant surge in downloads mid-March, reaching over 136K, while active users grew steadily from 4.3M in January to about 4.5M in mid-March, before slightly declining to 4.2M by the end of the quarter.
Yapı Kredi Mobile saw a notable rise in downloads in early March, peaking at approximately 121K. The active user count remained relatively stable, starting the quarter at around 6.1M and finishing with roughly 6.1M.
İşCep: Banking & Finance experienced a peak in downloads in late March with over 106K. The active user base fluctuated, starting at 4.1M, peaking in late March at over 4.2M, and closing the quarter at 4M.
