Top Dining and Restaurant Apps on Android in Australia: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, the Australian dining and restaurant app market on Android saw notable activity. Here's a look at the performance of the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

MyMacca's, by McDonald's Australia Limited, experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting the year with around 7K and peaking at approximately 13.8K in mid-March. The app's weekly active users also showed an upward trend, increasing from 662K to nearly 790K by the end of the quarter.

pub+, from Endeavour Group, saw a fluctuation in downloads, with a notable peak at 11.3K in early February before settling to about 4.2K by the end of March.

Hungry Jack’s Deals & Ordering showed a steady growth in downloads with a spike to 7.9K at the end of March. The app's active users increased from 191K to over 220K throughout the quarter.

KFC - Order On The Go downloads varied across the quarter, peaking at 8K in early February. Active user numbers demonstrated a similar pattern, reaching over 313K mid-March.

Finally, Guzman y Gomez (GYG) Mexican maintained a consistent download rate, increasing slightly to 4.3K by the end of March. The app's active users grew from 61K to over 77K.
