In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery sector in Saudi Arabia saw dynamic activity across its leading apps on the Android platform. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s how the top five apps performed in terms of downloads and active users.

Keeta - Food Delivery, published by Kangaroo Limited, showed significant fluctuations in its weekly downloads. The app started the quarter with approximately 107K downloads, peaking mid-January at 603K, before tapering to 109K by the end of March. Its weekly active users also experienced a rise, starting at 217K and reaching 387K by quarter's end.

Ninja - نينجا maintained a steady download rate, beginning at 89K and slightly decreasing to 43K by the end of March. Active users exhibited a similar pattern, starting at 774K, fluctuating throughout the quarter, and closing at 713K.

HungerStation had a consistent rise in downloads, starting at 42K and culminating in a surge to 71K in late March. Active users fluctuated but ended on a high note, increasing from 2.8M to 3.1M across the quarter.

ToYou. Food & Grocery Delivery experienced a modest download increase, beginning at 16K and hitting 18K by March's end. Active users showed a downward trend from 301K to 312K, with a notable dip mid-quarter.

Finally, Jahez saw a decrease in downloads, from 15K to 14K. However, active users rose from 398K to 415K by the end of the quarter.
