The first quarter of 2025 saw notable trends in the performance of leading insurance apps on the Android platform across Europe. Here's a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
TK-App from Techniker Krankenkasse showed a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 23K in mid-January and tapering off to around 16K by the end of March. The app maintained a strong base of weekly active users, starting the quarter with around 99K and ending with approximately 117K.
Alleanza from Alleanza Assicurazioni S.p.A. experienced a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching a high of over 27K by the end of March. Active users also increased significantly, starting at 41K and climbing to 75K by the quarter's end.
Allianz'ım reported varying weekly download numbers, with a peak of approximately 20K in late February. The app's weekly active users also saw fluctuations, beginning the quarter with 30K and closing with 28K.
Mon AXA Assurance from AXA France recorded a notable spike in downloads in late March, reaching 26K. Its active user count displayed a similar upward trend, starting at 92K and rising to 104K by the end of the quarter.
Meine Allianz showed a gradual decline in weekly downloads from 18K in early January to around 10K by March's end. However, the app maintained a steady number of active users, hovering around 40K throughout the quarter.
