In the first quarter of 2025, the top shopping apps on Android in the United Kingdom displayed varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Amazon Shopping showed a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $319K by the end of March. Weekly downloads saw a decline from 38.2K at the beginning of January to around 30K by the end of the quarter. Meanwhile, weekly active users experienced a slight fluctuation, ending the quarter at about 9.9M.
Hot in Hollywood witnessed a late-quarter surge in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $18K in early March. Downloads peaked at 9.2K in the same period, while active users increased to over 6K before tapering off slightly.
Independent Birmingham showed modest revenue gains, peaking at nearly $1K in mid-March. However, download numbers remained negligible throughout the quarter.
Shopping List - Listonic maintained stable revenue, hovering around $500 to $800 weekly. Downloads saw a gradual decline to approximately 432 in March, with active users remaining steady at around 12K.
Souk - Second Hand Alerts experienced modest revenue, with a high of $680 in mid-March. Download activity was minimal throughout the quarter.
