In the first quarter of 2025, the top sports apps on the Android platform in Brazil showcased varied performance metrics, with trends in downloads, revenue, and active users providing key insights.
eFootball™ from KONAMI saw an impressive peak in weekly downloads, reaching over 225K in early February. Weekly revenue for the app started at approximately $127K in late December and experienced fluctuations, ending the quarter at about $106K. Active users remained robust, with numbers peaking at over 2.2M mid-quarter.
EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile Soccer by ELECTRONIC ARTS maintained steady weekly downloads, peaking at around 154K in February. Revenue showed a downward trend from $76K initially to about $61K by the end of March. Active users saw a consistent decline from over 2M to around 1.5M.
UFC Fight Pass - MMA ao vivo demonstrated a significant surge in downloads in early March, reaching approximately 84K. Revenue trends saw a peak at $58K in mid-March before declining to $22K by the quarter's end. Active users peaked at around 233K in early March.
Premiere from Globo Comunicação e Participações S.A. experienced a peak in downloads at over 31K in late March. Revenue showed a stable growth, starting at $32K and ending at $45K. Active users saw a remarkable increase, peaking at over 856K in late March.
Lastly, 8 Ball Pool by Miniclip.com had consistent download numbers, peaking at 150K in late March. Revenue remained relatively stable, fluctuating around $30K to $42K throughout the quarter. Active users started at over 2.3M and decreased to about 1.5M by the end of March.
