In the first quarter of 2025, the tank gaming genre on Android in the Netherlands showed varied performance across the top five applications. Here's a detailed look at each game's trends in downloads, revenue, and active users, based on Sensor Tower data.
World of Tanks Blitz™ from Wargaming Group saw a decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $7.9K and dropping to around $2.4K by the end of March. Weekly downloads peaked at 640 in mid-February but fell to 181 by the end of the quarter. The game maintained a relatively stable active user base, beginning at 2.8K and ending at 2.1K.
War Machines:Tanks Battle Game by Wildlife Studios showed an upward trend in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 901 in late February. Revenue peaked at about $2.7K in January before declining to $1.3K by the end of March. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 4.8K in late February and ending the quarter at 3.6K.
MWT: Tank Battles from Artstorm FZE experienced a peak in weekly revenue of $745 in mid-February, with downloads reaching a high of 369 in January. Active users showed a notable increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 811.
Massive Warfare: Tanks PvP War by TinyBytes saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 1.6K in early March. Revenue peaked at $585 in January and ended at $446 in March. The game’s active users also rose, peaking at 2.2K in early March.
Tanki Online: PvP Tank Battle from Alternativa Games showed low download numbers, with a peak of 24 in the final week of March. Revenue fluctuated slightly, peaking at $352 in March. Active users remained minimal throughout the quarter.
