State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the top insurance applications on the iOS platform in Europe demonstrated varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps based on downloads and active user metrics, with insights sourced from Sensor Tower.
The Hastings Direct Insurance app saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 23.9K in late February. Active users also showed a positive trend, climbing from 155K at the start of January to 211K by the end of March.
TK-App experienced a fluctuating pattern in downloads, starting strong in early January with around 20.4K and settling at 17.3K by the end of March. Active users, however, demonstrated a significant drop, starting from 898K in the first week of January to 448K at the quarter's end.
HSBC Health presented a unique download spike, reaching 77.5K in the first week of February. This surge was short-lived, with downloads declining to 4.5K by the end of March.
For Allianz'ım, downloads fluctuated moderately, peaking at 18.4K in late February. The active user base remained relatively stable, ranging between 237K and 284K throughout the quarter.
Finally, Admiral Insurance maintained a steady download rate, hovering around 11K to 13K weekly. Active users showed a consistent increase, ending the quarter at 132K, up from 97K at the start.
