State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
The first quarter of 2025 saw notable performance trends among the leading insurance apps in the Netherlands. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps experienced varying download rates and active user engagement.
CZ declareren showed a significant decline in weekly downloads from 14K at the beginning of January to just over 1.5K by the end of March. Active users also decreased from approximately 82K to 39K over the same period.
Similarly, a.s.r. experienced a decrease in downloads, starting at 6.7K and dropping to about 2.1K by the end of the quarter. Unfortunately, data on weekly active users was not available for this app.
Zilveren Kruis began the quarter with 11.3K downloads, which gradually fell to 1.8K. However, active user numbers remained relatively stable, peaking at around 73K in late March after an initial decline.
The FBTO Care app started with 13.9K downloads, which steadily decreased to 1.1K by the end of March. Data on active users was not provided for this app.
Lastly, Consumentenbond saw an interesting fluctuation in downloads, starting at 2.3K, spiking to 9.9K in mid-February, and then dropping to 732 by the end of March.
