In the first quarter of 2025, the iOS platform in Austria saw interesting trends among the top tabletop board game apps. Here's a detailed look at their performance metrics, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Chess - Play & Learn showed a decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $7K and decreasing to around $3.6K by the end of March. Weekly downloads also decreased from 1.4K to 535. However, weekly active users displayed a positive trend, increasing steadily from 28.1K to 31.8K.
Ludo Club・Fun Dice Board Game experienced a peak in revenue of $1.1K at the end of February, with a general decline thereafter, finishing the quarter at $298. Downloads dropped significantly from 1.2K to 221. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated, ending the quarter with a slight downward trend from 13.1K to 10.4K.
Ludo King maintained relatively low revenue figures, with peaks in mid-March around $114. Downloads decreased from 605 to 97, and active users showed a slight decline from 3.7K to 2.8K throughout the quarter.
The KOSMOS Helper App had no revenue figures to report. Downloads started at 815 and fell to 27 by the end of March. Active users also decreased, beginning at 741 and ending at 215.
Rummikub saw minimal revenue movements, starting at $57 and ending at $32. Downloads decreased from 305 to 45, but active users experienced a rebound towards the end of the quarter, rising from 1.9K to 2.1K.
