During the first quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance applications on a unified platform in France demonstrated varied performance trends based on data from Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at each app's performance:
Revolut: Send, spend and save saw consistent weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 139K in mid-January, but gradually declining to around 98K by the end of March. The app maintained strong weekly active users, fluctuating between 1.3M and 1.4M throughout the quarter.
BoursoBank experienced a surge in downloads at the start of January, reaching 74K, followed by fluctuations that settled around 53K by the end of March. Weekly active users peaked at 1.96M at the end of January but generally hovered around 1.8M to 1.9M.
Ma Banque maintained a steady download rate, starting at 37K and ending the quarter with 38K. Active users slightly dipped from 5.7M at the start of the quarter to 5.6M by the end, showing overall stability.
La Banque Postale had relatively stable downloads, beginning with 28K and tapering to 22K by March's end. Active users decreased from 2.2M to 2.1M, indicating a slight drop over the quarter.
Crédit Mutuel Banque en ligne displayed a notable increase in downloads, particularly in mid-March, reaching 41K before settling at 27K. Active users showed a rising trend, ending the quarter at 2.9M, up from 2.8M at the start.
