In the first quarter of 2025, the top dating applications in the United Kingdom showed diverse performance trends on a unified platform. Sensor Tower provides insights into these apps' weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.
Hinge Dating App: Match & Meet experienced a fluctuating revenue trend, starting from around $920K and closing the quarter near $951K. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight dip towards the end of the quarter, averaging around 31K weekly. Active users showed some variability, maintaining a range between 960K and 1M.
Bumble Dating App: Meet & Date saw a steady weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $670K in late March. Downloads showed a downward trend, falling from 27.5K to around 14.6K. Active users fluctuated but remained robust, reaching up to 766K mid-quarter.
Tinder Dating App: Date & Chat recorded strong revenue, peaking at about $1.4M towards the end of March. Weekly downloads decreased slightly, ending the quarter at around 20K. Active users remained consistently high, averaging over 1.2M throughout the quarter.
OmeTV – Video Chat Alternative showed a gradual increase in revenue, reaching approximately $32K by the end of March. Downloads and active users displayed some volatility but generally maintained a stable pattern, with weekly downloads averaging around 21K and active users ranging between 92K and 115K.
Azar: Video Chat, Meet Friends experienced a stable revenue trend, closing the quarter at approximately $129K. Weekly downloads showed a slight decline, averaging around 13K, while active users remained steady, fluctuating between 50K and 55K.
