State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!

In the first quarter of 2025, the top insurance applications on a unified platform in Europe displayed varying trends in downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at their performance.
TK-App from Techniker Krankenkasse saw a peak in weekly downloads at the beginning of the quarter with around 42K downloads. This number gradually decreased towards the end of March, settling around 31.5K. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated, starting at 1.37M, peaking at 1.79M in early January, and then experiencing a decline to approximately 887K by the end of March.
Hastings Direct Insurance experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at 31.6K and reaching a high of 39.4K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users also showed growth, beginning at 271K and rising to 369K, with a notable peak of 399K in late January.
Allianz'ım had a varied download pattern, beginning with 27.2K downloads, peaking at 40.6K in late February, and closing the quarter at 21K. Active users increased from 549K to a peak of 652K in early March, then slightly declined to 551K by the end of the quarter.
HSBC Health showed a dramatic spike in downloads during early February with 117K downloads, but this was followed by a significant drop, stabilizing around 6.5K by the end of March. Data on active users was not available for this app.
Türkiye Sigorta Mobil experienced a peak in downloads at 36.3K in mid-January, with numbers declining to 16.5K by the end of March. Active users showed a positive trend, starting at 854K and peaking at 935K by mid-March, before slightly decreasing to 885K.
