In the first quarter of 2025, Colombia's top personal finance budgeting and planning apps exhibited varied performance trends on a unified platform. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers valuable insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Expense Tracker - MonAi saw a notable decrease in weekly downloads, starting from 12.3K at the end of December and dropping steadily to 861 by the end of March. Revenue followed a similar declining trajectory, peaking at $2.1K at the beginning of the quarter and falling to $804 by the end.
Wallet - Daily Budget & Profit experienced a gradual decline in weekly downloads, beginning at 2.5K and ending at 1.4K. Revenue showed fluctuations, with a slight recovery in March, ending the quarter at $567. Active users saw a slight decrease from 6.6K to 5.9K over the quarter.
Splitwise presented a relatively stable performance. Downloads fluctuated around 1.3K to 2K, while revenue remained consistent, averaging around $300. Active users saw minor variations, maintaining around 7K to 9K throughout the quarter.
Mobills - Budget Planner had a consistent download rate around 200, with revenue showing slight increases, peaking at $314 in late January. Active users remained stable, fluctuating slightly around 1.7K.
Finally, YNAB experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 247 and ending at 68. Revenue, however, saw a notable increase, culminating in $365 at the end of March. Active users decreased from 350 to 281 over the quarter.
