During the first quarter of 2025, pirate-themed games captured the attention of mobile gamers in Colombia. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five pirate games on a unified platform, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Sea of Conquest: Pirate War from FunPlus International AG showed a dynamic trend in weekly downloads, peaking at around 893 in mid-February before declining to approximately 157 by the end of March. Revenue saw modest fluctuations, starting at about $385 in early January and gradually declining to $182 by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users peaked at 3.6K mid-quarter before decreasing to 2.3K by the end of March.
Survival Island: EVO 2 maintained a steady presence in the market with downloads rising from 524 in early January to a high of 642 by mid-March. Active users mirrored this growth, starting at 250 and increasing to 296 by the quarter's end.
Last Pirate: Survival Island experienced a gradual decrease in downloads, starting at 511 at the beginning of January and settling at 233 by the end of March. Active user numbers saw a slight dip from 619 to 384 over the same period.
Age Of Sails saw a notable surge in downloads, reaching 1.1K in early March, before dropping off. Active users increased significantly, peaking at 1.3K in mid-March, before declining to 649 by the end of the quarter.
Pirates Flag-Open-world RPG saw a consistent level of downloads throughout the quarter, with figures hovering around the 200 mark. The active user base remained stable, with numbers slightly fluctuating around the 800-900 range.
