In the first quarter of 2025, the top virtual pet applications in the United Kingdom showcased varied performance metrics. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, highlights key trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.
My Talking Tom 2 from Outfit7 Limited displayed fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $577 in late January. Downloads saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, starting at over 21K and dropping to about 9.1K. Active users decreased from 143.6K to 109.3K.
Pengu – Raise Virtual AI Pets by SLAY GmbH experienced a steady revenue decline, starting at approximately $1.9K and ending at $1.4K. The app's downloads dropped significantly from 13.6K to 4K, with active users decreasing from 78.1K to 5.8K.
My Talking Angela 2 also from Outfit7 Limited, showed a mixed revenue trend, starting at $1.3K, dipping mid-quarter, and rising again to $940. Downloads decreased steadily from 20.9K to 6.7K, while active users dropped from 127.3K to 90.3K.
My Talking Tom Friends saw its weekly revenue peak at $1.3K mid-March before declining to $624. Downloads started at 13.1K, tapering off to 4.8K by quarter’s end. Active users decreased from 180.7K to 132.9K.
Lastly, My Talking Tom maintained relatively stable revenue, beginning at $281 and ending at $224, with a peak of $381 in late February. Downloads declined from 9.6K to 4.7K, and active users dropped from 107.9K to 86.5K.
