State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of 2D anime games on the Android platform in Hungary showed varied trends across the top five apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Hero Wars: Alliance from NEXTERS GLOBAL LTD experienced fluctuations in its weekly revenue, with a peak at approximately $4.9K in early June. Weekly downloads saw a decline from 1.3K to around 550 by the end of June. The number of weekly active users decreased from 6.5K to 5.5K over the quarter.
Arknights by Yostar Limited demonstrated a significant spike in revenue, reaching $3K in late April, before declining to about $676 by the end of June. Weekly downloads remained low, peaking at 36 in April. Active users hovered around 100, with a slight dip towards the quarter's end.
Azur Lane, also from Yostar Limited, showed a notable increase in revenue, peaking at $1.6K in early June. Although downloads were not recorded, active users started at 482 and dropped to 262 by the end of June.
Legend of Mushroom from Joy Nice Games saw its revenue peak at $1.4K in late April, while downloads varied slightly, with a high of 127 in March. Active users remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at about 2.7K.
Lastly, Isekai: Slow Life by Mars-Games had weekly revenue peaking at $822 in early April. Downloads were sporadic, with a peak of 131 in April. Active users increased from 1.4K to 1.5K during the quarter.
These insights from Sensor Tower highlight the dynamic nature of the anime gaming market in Hungary, with each app showing distinct trends in user engagement and revenue generation.
