During the second quarter of 2025, several 2D realistic games on the Android platform showed varied performance in the United Arab Emirates. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into these trends.
Carrom Pool: Disc Game, published by Miniclip.com, saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at around $494 in late June. Downloads increased steadily, reaching approximately 7.8K by the end of the quarter, while active users rose from 46.5K to 53.7K.
8 Ball Pool also by Miniclip.com, experienced a consistent revenue increase, culminating at about $4K in the final week of June. Downloads showed a slight decline, ending at 4K, while active users remained relatively stable, closing the quarter at 68.1K.
Ethereal Vortex 777 from Zoy Studios had a notable start with downloads peaking at 10.1K initially but declined to 142 by the end of May. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from 5K to 6.2K by the quarter's close.
Qblock: Wood Block Puzzle Game by Oakever Games had no revenue but enjoyed a peak in downloads of 9.6K in early May. Active users increased from 19.9K to 29K before declining back to 15.6K by the end of June.
Chess - Offline Board Game, published by GamoVation, maintained a steady download rate, peaking at 2.5K in early June. Active users increased from 7.3K to 8.3K throughout the quarter.
