In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top paid games on the Android platform in Malta showcased diverse trends in revenue and downloads. Here’s a closer look at the top five games, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Minecraft: Dream it, Build it! from Mojang saw its weekly revenue peak at $260 in April, before experiencing a decline and stabilizing around $100 in June. Downloads were minimal, peaking at 5 in the first week of April.
Balatro, published by Playstack, maintained a relatively stable revenue flow throughout the quarter, with a slight rise in mid-May, reaching $73. Downloads were low, with a small peak of 5 in late March.
Bloons TD 6 by ninja kiwi showed a notable increase in revenue, especially in late May, where it reached $91. However, the game did not record any downloads during the quarter.
RFS - Real Flight Simulator from RORTOS experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a notable peak of $69 in early June. Like Bloons TD 6, it did not record any downloads.
Geometry Dash by RobTop Games had a steady revenue stream, peaking at $66 in mid-June. It recorded minimal downloads, with a peak of 4 in mid-April.
