In the second quarter of 2025, the iOS gaming landscape in Uruguay was marked by notable performances from several top 2D realistic games. According to data from Sensor Tower, these applications showed diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.
8 Ball Pool™ by Miniclip.com experienced a fluctuating pattern in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $827 and peaking at $869 in early April before settling around $550 by the end of June. Weekly downloads for the app remained fairly stable, with a slight peak at 937 in mid-April. However, the game saw a noticeable decline in weekly active users from 13.3K to 8.8K throughout the quarter.
Truco Uruguayo, developed by Web2mil S.A., showed consistent weekly revenue, reaching its highest at $864 in mid-June. Downloads for this app increased steadily, peaking at 479 in late May before dropping to 325 by the end of the quarter.
Truco Blyts from Blyts had minimal revenue, with only occasional earnings, but maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at 250 in early June. The app's weekly active users increased steadily from 1K to 1.4K by the end of the quarter.
CodyCross: Crossword Puzzles by Fanatee displayed a modest revenue trend, peaking at $40 in late June. Downloads increased noticeably from 46 in March to 232 in early June while maintaining a steady active user base, peaking at 715 in early June.
Finally, Barber Chop from Lajeune and Associates, LLC, showed no revenue but had fluctuating downloads, with a peak of 298 in mid-May. Its weekly active users varied, peaking at 1.1K in mid-May.
