In the second quarter of 2025, drama games on iOS in the United Kingdom showed varied performance trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s how the top five apps fared during this period.
GossipMaster experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at around 9.8K in late May. The app maintained a consistent base of weekly active users, starting at approximately 100K and slightly increasing to 111K by the end of June.
Love Island: The Game from Fusebox Games saw a significant surge in weekly downloads, reaching 15.3K by the end of June. Correspondingly, its weekly revenue rose sharply, culminating at about $94.8K in the final week of the quarter. Active users also increased, starting at 12.4K and climbing to 20.6K.
Episode - Choose Your Story maintained stable weekly revenue, peaking at $35K in late May. Downloads varied, with a high of 5.9K in mid-April, while active users hovered around 50K throughout the quarter.
Chapters: Interactive Stories saw a decline in revenue, starting at $29.1K and decreasing to $21.8K by the end of June. Downloads followed a similar trend, peaking at 3.7K in mid-April. Active users increased from 1.6K to 7.3K, indicating growing engagement.
Big Brother: The Game, also from Fusebox Games, launched at the end of April. It saw initial weekly downloads of 7.3K, which declined to 337 by the end of June. Revenue mirrored this trend, starting at $3.9K and decreasing to $804.
