State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the second quarter of 2025, the waifu game genre on iOS in Kuwait showcased varying performance trends among the top five applications. According to Sensor Tower, these games experienced diverse patterns in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Run! Goddess by TOP GAMES INC. had fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at around $523 in early April and settling at $77 by the end of June. Weekly downloads started at 150 at the end of March, dipped significantly, and then slightly recovered to 59 by the end of June. Active users saw a dip from 186 in early April to 50 by the end of the quarter.
Sword Master Story from SuperPlanet showed a notable spike in revenue, reaching $449 at the end of April. Downloads were sporadic, with a brief peak at 38 in early May. Active users increased from 9 in early April to 41 in mid-May before declining to 7 by the quarter's end.
Echocalypse: Scarlet Covenant by YOOZOO had a moderate revenue increase, peaking at $176 in late April. Downloads remained low, with a slight peak of 31 mid-April. Active users grew from 14 in early April to 36 by mid-April, stabilizing around 31 by the end of June.
Umamusume: Pretty Derby from Cygames, Inc. launched late in the quarter, showing promising revenue of $400 and $367 in its first two weeks. Downloads increased from 58 to 131, and active users saw a substantial rise from 39 to 121 by the end of June.
Lastly, LYSSA: Goddess of Rage by Panoramik Games had a significant revenue spike, reaching $694 at the end of May. Despite this, downloads were minimal, and active user data was unavailable.
