In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top hospital games in the United States on a unified platform showcased diverse trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Data collected by Sensor Tower provides insightful metrics for each game.
Happy Hospital®: ASMR Game from DragonPlus experienced a declining trend in weekly revenue, starting from $94K at the beginning of April and ending at approximately $66K by the end of June. Downloads also saw a decline, beginning at 20.2K and dropping to 9.4K. However, the game maintained a substantial number of active users, fluctuating between 351K and 106K.
Happy Clinic: Hospital Game, published by Nordcurrent UAB, showed a steady decrease in weekly revenue, beginning at $44.6K and tapering off to $32.9K. Downloads were fairly stable, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 4.2K. Weekly active users remained consistent, ranging between 33K and 26K.
Match Frenzy™ by JOYPLAY PTE.LTD. had no new downloads during this period, yet it still generated revenue starting from $32.3K and closing at $26K. Active users increased from 2.4K to 5.5K over the quarter.
Happy ASMR Hospital from Smart Fun Limited saw a dip in weekly revenue, beginning at $27.9K and ending at $21.6K. Downloads declined significantly, starting at 2.2K and dropping to 554. Despite this, active users fluctuated but ended slightly higher at 10.8K.
Finally, EMERGENCY HQ: firefighter game by Promotion Software GmbH demonstrated an increase in revenue, climbing from $18.5K at the start of April to $26.2K by June's end. Downloads remained steady, hovering around 3.3K to 4.5K. The game maintained a consistent active user base, between 5K and 6.7K.
