In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of the top insurance applications in the United Arab Emirates showcased some interesting trends. Data sourced from Sensor Tower reveals insights into the weekly downloads and active user metrics for these apps on a unified platform.
ILOE from Dubai Insurance saw a notable increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 34K in the final week of May. Active users also climbed steadily, reaching around 236K at its height before tapering off to about 106K by the end of June.
The myNAS App maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with figures hovering between 3.5K and 5.4K. Active users peaked at approximately 44K in early May, showing a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.
Lumi by Nextcare experienced fluctuations in downloads, dipping to around 1.1K in early June but recovering to 3.6K by the end of the month. Active users increased to about 34K, demonstrating a positive trend in engagement.
The Policybazaar UAE app had varied download numbers, with a peak of around 3.1K in mid-May. Despite the absence of active user data, download trends suggest steady interest among users.
Finally, ADERP | ADGov showed a dramatic spike in downloads in early May, reaching approximately 7.3K, before settling to lower figures towards the end of the quarter.
