State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!

In the third quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app landscape in Malta on the Android platform saw various trends in terms of downloads and revenue, as per the data provided by Sensor Tower.
Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker showed a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $282 in early August. However, the app experienced fluctuations, settling at $172 by the end of September. Downloads for Flo Ovulation & Period Tracker started at 92 in late June, gradually decreasing to 59 by the end of the quarter.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter experienced varied revenue trends, with a peak of $323 at the beginning of the quarter, dropping to $93 in late September before bouncing back to $244. Weekly downloads started at 77 and saw a general decline, closing at 35 by the end of the quarter.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike observed a strong revenue performance early in the quarter, reaching $263 in early August, followed by a decline to $93 by the end of September. Downloads were more stable, with a notable peak of 188 in mid-September.
YAZIO: AI Calorie Tracker began the quarter with $113 in revenue, saw a dip to $40 in early August, and then recovered to $81 by the end of September. Downloads started at 76, gradually decreasing to 26 through the quarter.
Finally, BetterMe: Health Coaching showed fluctuating revenue, starting at $114, dipping to $43 in early August, and recovering to $107 by the end of September. Downloads were relatively low, beginning at 31 and concluding at 17.
