In the third quarter of 2025, the top business apps on a unified platform in the United States showcased varied performance trends, as detailed by Sensor Tower’s data.
LinkedIn: Network & Job Finder saw a consistent increase in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $8.1M by the end of September. Weekly downloads peaked at around 207.6K mid-September, while active users fluctuated, ending the quarter at 28.1M.
Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF maintained a steady revenue stream, peaking at about $1.5M in the final week of September. Downloads rose to 188.5K in the same period, and active users reached a high of 24.5M.
iScanner: PDF Document Scanner displayed stable revenue figures, peaking at $601K in mid-August. Downloads showed a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, while active users increased significantly to 268.7K.
QuickBooks Business Accounting experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, ending September at $649K. Downloads decreased to around 20.7K, whereas active users showed a peak of 769.3K mid-September.
Zoom Workplace saw revenue rise steadily, reaching $528K by the end of the quarter. Downloads peaked at 396.7K in late September, and active users increased to 22.9M.
