The fourth quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the health and fitness app landscape on Android in Colombia. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five apps, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Walk Log - Daily Pedometer by 46TH CIRCUIT BAR ASSOCIATION experienced a substantial rise in weekly downloads, starting from around 20K in mid-November and peaking at nearly 125K by the week of December 22. Active users followed a similar upward trend, increasing from approximately 8.9K to over 113K during the same period.
Blood Sugar & Diabetes Tracker by PidomTech showed fluctuating download numbers, with a notable peak of about 41.7K in mid-November. Weekly active users rose from 14.6K to a high of 57.2K before stabilizing around 40K by the end of December.
FemyFlow from MganiX Studio Games saw a significant spike in downloads, reaching over 78K in late November. Active users also increased, peaking at about 45.9K in early December before declining to around 27.5K by the end of the month.
Sweatcoin・Walking Step Counter by Sweatco Ltd maintained consistent download numbers throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to 20.1K in late December. Active users remained stable, averaging around 130K to 150K weekly.
Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) from Beijing Xiaomi Mobile Software Co.,Ltd showed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at about 47.3K in late December. Active users remained robust, consistently above 200K throughout the quarter.
