In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Swedish Android market for health and fitness apps showcased notable trends, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a detailed look at the performance of the top five apps in this category.
Blood Sugar & Diabetes Tracker saw a varied download pattern, starting at 311 and peaking at 2.4K downloads in mid-November. Weekly active users showed a steady increase, rising from 2.2K to 4.7K by mid-December.
The Mitt Friskis app maintained a consistent download rate, with a spike to 1.9K in late November. Active users increased from 34.8K to 41.6K by the end of December, indicating strong user engagement.
Liberoklubben – Gravid & Baby experienced a decline in downloads throughout the quarter, starting at 1.1K and dropping to 793, before a slight recovery to 1.1K in the final week. Active users rose from 12.1K to 11.5K, following a mid-quarter peak.
For Pedometer - Step Counter, downloads decreased from 1.6K to 897 by the end of the quarter. However, active users fluctuated, peaking at 16.3K in early December before settling at 13.8K.
Lastly, Fitness24Seven saw an initial increase in downloads, peaking at 1.8K in late November, before declining to 1.3K. Active users grew steadily, reaching a high of 68.6K in late November before tapering off slightly.
