In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top personal finance apps in Poland showcased interesting trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Fast Budget - Expense Manager experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $866 in late December. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, with a significant spike to 569 in the final week. Meanwhile, active users gradually declined from around 8.8K to 6.9K.
YNAB showed a steady increase in revenue, reaching $796 in the week before Christmas. Downloads remained relatively low but saw an uptick to 77 in the last week of December. Active users remained fairly stable, closing the quarter at approximately 739.
Wallet: Budget Expense Tracker had a mixed quarter with revenue peaking at $734 in the last week. Downloads were highest at 1,062 at the start of the quarter and ended with a second peak at 950. Active users initially rose to around 7.9K but saw a decrease towards the end, finishing at about 6.1K.
4grosze - Envelope Budgeting maintained a consistent revenue stream, averaging around $500 with a peak of $566. Downloads were modest throughout the quarter, peaking at 254 in the first week. Active users saw a slight increase, ending at 1.5K.
Money manager & expenses saw its revenue peak at $654 in the week before Christmas. Downloads varied, with a high of 1.5K in the first week and another peak of 1.4K in the last week. Active users started strong at around 37.8K, peaking at over 43.7K before closing at 38.2K.
