In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top personal finance apps on Android in Israel exhibited varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Splitwise showed a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at around $372 in late December. Its downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight increase to 600 in the week of December 22. Active users grew from 14.6K to a peak of 19.6K in early November, followed by a decline to 17.3K by the end of the quarter.
RiseUp רייזאפ focused on downloads, which increased steadily, reaching 576 by the end of December. The app did not generate revenue during this period, and active user data was unavailable.
Personal Budget & Loan Tracker saw a significant rise in downloads, peaking at 2.1K in early December. Active users followed a similar trend, increasing from 29 to 1K by the end of the quarter.
The app פעמונים had a modest increase in downloads, with a notable spike to 489 in early December. Revenue data was not available for this app.
Lastly, Subscription Manager experienced a varied download trend, with a high of 467 in mid-November. Active users grew from 509 in late September to 1.1K by late December, showing consistent engagement.
