In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top beauty retail applications in Europe showed varied performance trends across downloads and active users. This analysis, based on Sensor Tower data, highlights the key metrics for each app.
SEPHORA - Maquillage, Parfum saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 331K in late November. Weekly active users also rose from 2.4M to over 3M by the end of December.
Mein dm maintained a steady download rate, with numbers hovering around 170K for most of the quarter. Active users experienced a notable increase, reaching over 9M in early December.
Rossmann exhibited fluctuating download figures, peaking at 194K in early December. Its active user base also saw growth, surpassing 11M in early December before stabilizing at around 9.4M by the end of the quarter.
Douglas - Parfüm & Kosmetik experienced a rise in downloads, peaking at 226K in late November. Active users increased steadily, reaching a high of over 2M in late November.
Notino: profumi e cosmetici had a significant spike in downloads, with numbers reaching 341K in late November. Active users grew from 2M to over 3.2M in the same period.
