In the fourth quarter of 2025, the carpooling and ridesharing app market in Peru saw significant activity across the top five apps. Here's a closer look at their performance based on insights from Sensor Tower.
inDrive. Save on city rides showed a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at around 81.5K in late October. The app maintained a high level of weekly active users, starting at approximately 4M and reaching a peak of 4.7M mid-December.
Yango: taxi, food, delivery experienced growth in weekly downloads, with numbers rising to about 56.4K by late October. Its active user base increased steadily, peaking at over 2.1M in mid-December.
Uber - Request a ride had consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 20K. The weekly active users saw a rise, with a peak of approximately 1.3M in mid-December.
DiDi Rider: Affordable rides showed a gradual increase in downloads, reaching up to 16.2K by the end of December. Active users also grew, with a noticeable peak of about 902K in mid-December.
Cabify had a steady download rate, peaking at 10.6K in early December. Active users rose to a high of around 521K in early December.
