In the fourth quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app market in Switzerland saw dynamic trends across its top applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps experienced varying patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.
AI Calorie Tracker by Yazio showed an impressive surge in weekly revenue, peaking at around $154K in the last week of December. Downloads reached a high of approximately 6.8K in the same period, while active users fluctuated, ending the quarter at about 59.2K.
Strava: Run, Bike, Walk experienced a decrease in weekly revenue early in the quarter, with a low around $57K, but saw a recovery to about $85K by the end of December. Downloads and active users also showed recovery trends, with downloads rising to 3.7K and active users reaching 191K.
Flo Cycle & Period Tracker had a steady increase in revenue during the quarter, peaking at $58K in late November. Downloads rose to about 2.5K, and active users fluctuated, ending at 160K.
komoot - hike, bike & run saw a decline in revenue through October, but a recovery to $49K by the end of December. Downloads were highest at the start of the quarter, reaching 4.8K, and active users bounced back to 120K.
Finally, Zwift: Indoor Cycling Fitness maintained consistent weekly revenue around $23K, with downloads peaking at 557 during mid-November. Active users showed a steady increase, reaching 2.1K by the end of December.
