In the fourth quarter of 2025, Italy's top health and fitness apps showed varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Strava: Run, Bike, Walk experienced a peak in weekly revenue, reaching approximately $86.6K in the last week of December. Downloads followed an upward trajectory towards the end of the quarter, closing with 19.3K. Active users fluctuated, ending the quarter with about 1.02M.
Flo Cycle & Period Tracker saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, culminating in 16.3K in the final week. Revenue peaked mid-November at approximately $42.4K, while active users maintained a steady presence, closing at 1.59M.
Traininpink: Pilates e Fitness showed a decline in downloads, dropping to 1.3K by the end of December. Revenue also decreased, with a low of $25.5K mid-December. Active users, however, remained stable, peaking at 48.3K in late November.
AI Calorie Tracker by Yazio recorded an increase in revenue, reaching $44.6K in the last week of December. Downloads surged to 14K at the quarter's close, while active users rose to 282.5K.
WeWard - Walking Rewards App experienced a peak in active users at 915.8K in mid-December. Downloads fluctuated, ending with 9.3K. Revenue saw a significant peak of $36.1K in early December.
