In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness applications in Mexico demonstrated varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the trends for each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Flo Cycle & Period Tracker saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching around 108K by the end of December. Its weekly revenue followed an upward trend, peaking at approximately $62K in mid-December. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated, starting at roughly 4.5M and ending the quarter slightly lower at 4.1M.
Strava: Run, Bike, Walk experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, closing the quarter at around $38K. However, downloads showed a downward trend, starting at 32K and dropping to 28K by the end of December. Active users peaked in late October at 453K before settling at 447K.
Fitia: Calorie Counter & Diet maintained consistent weekly downloads, culminating in 38K at the quarter's close. The app's weekly revenue saw moderate fluctuations, reaching $17K in the last week of December. Active users remained relatively stable, closing the quarter at 308K.
BetterMe: Health Coaching had varied performance, with weekly downloads increasing to 33K by the end of December. Revenue showed a notable rise, peaking at $18K. Active users experienced a decline, starting at 105K and ending at 74K.
Finally, Zwift: Indoor Cycling Fitness recorded a consistent download rate, with slight fluctuations around 90 downloads weekly. Revenue peaked at $11K mid-quarter, while active users remained steady around 300.
