In the fourth quarter of 2025, Germany's health and fitness app market saw significant activity across the top-performing applications on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Meine AOK experienced a consistent level of weekly downloads, mostly fluctuating between 48K and 58K. The app's weekly active users showed variability, peaking at around 1.9M in early November before settling to approximately 1.4M by the end of December.
For TK-Ident, weekly downloads started strong at over 62K but tapered off to about 34K. Active users also decreased from over 329K in October to 143K by late December.
The AI Calorie Tracker by Yazio demonstrated robust revenue, peaking at approximately $839K in the last week of December. Downloads surged to about 102K in the final week, while active users increased to over 2.1M after a mid-quarter dip.
TK-App maintained steady downloads, averaging around 20K, with active users rising from 1M in September to over 1.4M at quarter's end.
Finally, AOK Mein Leben saw its downloads decrease from 53K to around 11K. Active users dropped from 155K in October to nearly 96K by December.
