In the fourth quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app sector in Hungary showed varied trends across the top five apps on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Blood Sugar & Diabetes Tracker by PidomTech saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning at 1.5K and peaking at over 12K by mid-December. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users growing from roughly 6K to over 20K by the end of the quarter.
Alma+ — Maradj egészséges!, developed by Patika Management Kft., experienced consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 3.2K to approximately 7.9K. Despite the steady download numbers, there was no available data on active users.
Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) from Xiaomi showed a significant spike in downloads towards the end of December, reaching nearly 28.7K. Its active user count fluctuated throughout the quarter, ending at around 106K users.
Yazio: AI Calorie Tracker from Yazio demonstrated strong revenue performance, peaking at approximately $50K in the last week of December. Weekly downloads varied, with a surge to 11.8K in the final week, while active users decreased from 161K to 118K.
MillioLépés by Business Software Solutions Kft. started the quarter with high download numbers, reaching over 20K, but experienced a decline to just 74 downloads by the end of December. The active user base also dwindled significantly, from 79K to just under 30K.
