In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top social apps in Latin America exhibited diverse performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.
TikTok - Videos, Shop & LIVE saw a consistent rise in weekly revenue, peaking at about $3.6M in mid-December before a slight decline to $2.7M at the end of the year. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a notable increase to approximately 3.3M in the final week. Its weekly active users remained robust, reaching over 345M by the end of December.
Instagram experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, from $318K to $236K. Despite this, downloads showed resilience, peaking at over 2M in late December. The app maintained a stable user base, closing the quarter with 220M active users.
Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat reported an increase in weekly revenue, reaching $393K by the year's end. Downloads also grew, peaking at 70K in the last week of December, while active users saw a steady rise, ending the quarter at approximately 2.3M.
Facebook experienced a slight fluctuation in revenue, with a peak of $166K mid-December before dropping to $146K. Downloads remained strong, reaching 1.7M in some weeks, while active users consistently hovered around 218M.
SUGO: Voice Chat Party demonstrated significant growth, with revenue climbing to $139K by the end of December. Downloads surged to 290K, and active users increased to over 553K, indicating a strong upward trajectory.
