The Fastest Way To Translate iOS and Android App Reviews

Last week, we unveiled the latest addition to our dashboard and today we have another update to share. We are really excited about this one.

Our customers have requested the ability to easily translate app reviews and we are happy to announce that we have just implemented that capability. This post will show you how to access review translations and which languages are currently available.

Review Analysis

Our Review Analysis module makes it easy to filter through a lot of reviews quickly. Analyzing app reviews can help you find new keywords, discover features that you should add to your app and uncover bugs.

But there is only one thing that can prevent you from getting this information. If the review is written in a language that you do not understand.

As we discovered in a previous post, not all reviews are left in the default language of a country's app store. This means that you could be missing out on some valuable information.

How To Quickly Translate Any App Review

Now when you open the Review Analysis module, you will see a Translate menu in the upper right corner of every review.

When you click on the drop down menu, these are the languages that are currently available. There is also an option to revert back to the language that the review was originally written in.

Once you select a language, the translated review will look like this.

Conclusion

The translation feature is available in all of the countries we support and for both the Apple App Store and Google Play. Keep in mind that you can only translate reviews into the languages listed above, but we do give you the ability to translate from many more languages.

For example, Arabic is not currently one of the languages listed. However, you can translate from Arabic to English, or Arabic to Spanish. We are working on expanding the review translation feature, so be sure to stay tuned for more updates.
