Top Shopping Apps Worldwide for April 2019 by Downloads

The most downloaded shopping app worldwide for April 2019 was Amazon with more than 10.5 million installs, up 13 percent year-over-year from April 2018. The countries with the most Amazon app installs during this period were India at 37 percent of its total downloads and the United States at 20 percent. The full top 10 ranking of shopping apps worldwide by downloads for April 2019 is above. App download estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

Wish was the second most installed shopping app worldwide in April with close to eight million installs. The countries with the largest number of Wish installs were the U.S. at 20 percent, followed by Brazil at 14 percent. AliExpress, Shopee, and Paytm rounded out the top five most installed shopping apps worldwide for the month.
