Since it launched just over two years ago, FunPlus' mobile MMO King of Avalon: Dragon Warfare has grossed more than $380 million outside of China, the publisher's home territory, according to Sensor Tower Store Intelligence estimates.
The United States is the title's largest market, accounting for about 42 percent of all revenue to date, but King of Avalon also has a sizable player base in Japan which has comprised just slightly more than 11 percent of spending so far.
King of Avalon revenue made up approximately 41 percent of spending in FunPlus titles so far this year outside of China, making it the publisher's second largest mobile game in 2018 after Guns of Glory, which has contributed 50 percent of the firm's overall revenue since January. That game launched one year ago and has grossed close to $200 million so far, mostly from players in the U.S.
