Top Apps Worldwide by Publishers Based in Russia for Q1 2019

The most downloaded app worldwide for Q1 2019 by a publisher based in Russia was Homescapes from Playrix Games with close to 30 million new installs, which represented an 88 percent growth from 1Q18. Its largest share of installs in Q1 came from the United States at 13 percent, followed by Russia at 9 percent and India at 8.4 percent. Vegas Crime Simulator from Naksiks, OOO was the second most installed app worldwide by a publisher based in Russia last quarter with more than 23 million estimated downloads, which represented a 8x growth from 1Q18. The largest percentage of its installs for the quarter came from India at 38 percent, followed by Brazil at 7 percent. Gardenscapes from Playrix Games, Township from Playrix Games, and VK from VKontakte made up the rest of the top five most downloaded apps last quarter from publishers in Russia.
