Top Finance Apps Worldwide for Q2 2019 by Downloads

Google Pay (Tez) was the most downloaded Finance category app worldwide for Q2 2019 with close to 25 million installs, which represented 2.4x growth from Q2 2018. The country with the most Finance category installs of the app during this period was India at 99.9 percent of its total downloads. The full top 10 ranking of Finance category apps worldwide by downloads for Q2 2019 is above. App download estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

PhonePe was the second most installed Finance category app worldwide in Q2 with close to 15 million installs, which represented a 29 percent increase from Q2 2018. PayPal, Cash App, and Jingdong Finance rounded out the top five most installed Finance category apps worldwide for the quarter.
