Arena of Valor Revenue Clears $140 Million Outside China

Arena of Valor revenue surpasses $140 million outside of China, according to Sensor Tower Store Intelligence estimates.

Arena of Valor has grossed over $140 million outside of China according to Sensor Tower's Store Intelligence estimates. The MOBA from Chinese publisher Tencent has seen most of its success in its home country, but revenue is growing outside of this market.

Excluding China, gross revenue in the first half of 2018 ($46.6 million) is up over 50 percent compared to 2017 ($30.9 million). This increase in revenue outside of China happened despite an almost 10 percent decrease in downloads for the same segment.

The game is also continuing to see growth in its largest market, China. First half-year revenue in the region saw an increase over 25 percent from 2017 ($70.9 million) to 2018 ($89.2 million). For reference, China accounts for about 96 percent of the game's more than $3.5 billion revenue to date.
