Hybridcasual worldwide revenue has steadily been increasing year over year, reaching over $1.4bn in 2023. Downloads, on the other hand, remain stagnant at around 5m.

Survivor!.io by HABBY maintained its position as the top earning hybridcasual game and generated over $182m, a testament to its undiminished popularity and engaging gameplay. Triple Match 3D, published by Miniclip, closely follows, jumping up an astounding 7 ranks and making over $138m.
Some of the most successful games of 2023 come from HABBY (developer of Archero and Survivor!.io) and Scopely (developer of Stumble Guys).
There were many newcomers to the hybridcasual gaming market in 2023. My Perfect Hotel (86m downloads) and Car Race 3D: Car Racing (81m downloads) each made their mark in 2023.
Legend of Slime: Idle RPG War by AppQuantum Publishing made its debut as the fifth highest-grossing game, making over $49m.
Game Veterans' Idle Lumber Empire generated over $38m, earning it the sixth place spot.
The Live Ops Event with the highest revenue lift in the US came from Hunt Royale: Action RPG Battle's Lunar New Year event. During the start of its event, its revenue spiked by around 1,000%.
Stumble Guys' Smurfs collaboration event generated the most revenue at $240k within a 3-day window of the start of the event. It also had the highest downloads spike at 160%.
Shoot 'em Ups dominated the Live Ops event space, with 60% of the top events coming from these kinds of games.
