Top Grossing Apps Worldwide for April 2019

Mobile game Honor of Kings, known in the West as Arena of Valor, was the top grossing app worldwide for April 2019 with close to $87 million in user spending, which represented 9 percent year-over-year growth from April 2018. The top 10 grossing apps worldwide for April 2019 are above. App revenue estimates are from Sensor Tower’s Store Intelligence platform.

The second highest grossing app worldwide during April was mobile game Perfect World, also from Tencent, with close to $65 million in gross revenue. The third top grossing app was Sony Aniplex’s mobile game Fate/Grand Order, followed by Tinder and Candy Crush Saga.

Our revenue estimates are from the App Store and Google Play worldwide between Apr. 1, 2018 and Apr. 30, 2019 and represent gross user spending. Apple apps and Google pre-installed apps are excluded.
